The Bills had their best shot of winning a Super Bowl in their first appearance in the 1990 season. Down 20-19, Bills kicker Scott Norwood missed a last-second field goal that went wide right giving the Giants the win. The Bills went 13-3 that season and had 9 Pro Bowl selections on their roster.
