Steelers QB Mason Rudolph was still in the concussion protocol as of Tuesday afternoon, according to Mark Kaboly of The Athletic.

This despite a recent report stating that Rudolph was cleared by an independent neurologist to play in the days leading up to Sunday night's game, the story said. Other reports say the Steelers, after their Week 7 bye, plan to start Rudolph Week 8 against the Dolphins. If he doesn't clear protocol, it will be Hodges in Week 8.
