Ito Smith has officially been ruled out for the remainder of the game with a head and neck injury.

If there's any good news Smith wasn't immediately ruled out, but was likely getting tested before eventually be ruled out at halftime. He certainly could miss time leaving Freeman, Hill and Barner to carry the load.
