Rams WR Brandin Cooks seeing concussion specialist

On Sunday in London, Rams receiver Brandin Cooks suffered his fourth concussion since Super Bowl LII, and his second in less than a month. On Tuesday, coach Sean McVay said that Cooks will see a specialist in Pittsburgh.

Fantasy Impact:

McValy said Cooks is feeling good and aware of what's going on but he's concerned about Cooks as a human being. It doesn't sound great as far as Cooks coming back any time soon based on McVay's comments. The question now becomes whether or not any doctor will clear Cooks to return. Reynolds could see a boost in value if Cooks misses time. The Rams have a bye this week.

This puts Schoonmaker more or less in TE streaming consideration, but there are far better options this week, which puts him low on the totem pole.

Eagles WR DeVonta Smith officially Out for Week 12

Eagles ruled out WR DeVonta Smith (hamstring) for Sunday against the Rams.

Fantasy Impact:

It's a bit of a crapshoot as to who the "WR2" on the offense will be, but now that he's ruled out, Brown and Goedert should get a nice boost to their bottom line. That would lock Goedert into a no-doubt TE1 role in Week 12.
