Carroll: Chris Carson to get more work

Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll told reporters Friday that he expects RB Chris Carson to get more work this week against the New York Giants.

Fantasy Impact:

Carson played 37% of snaps and had 10 touches against the Eagles Week 12, and with Carlos Hyde nursing a toe injury #32 could see his workload nearly double in his second week back from a foot injury.

Eagles ruled out WR DeVonta Smith (hamstring) for Sunday against the Rams.

Fantasy Impact:

It's a bit of a crapshoot as to who the "WR2" on the offense will be, but now that he's ruled out, Brown and Goedert should get a nice boost to their bottom line. That would lock Goedert into a no-doubt TE1 role in Week 12.
