Bengals HC Zac Taylor told reporters Friday that Tee Higgins (shoulder) looked great at practice and will play Week 5 against the Green Bay Packers.

Fantasy Impact:

Joe Burrow will have his full compliment of receivers for the first time in a few weeks, the same week the Packers will be without top cornerback Jaire Alexander.
