Titans fear that Derrick Henry has a fracture in his foot, MRI pending

Titans’ RB Derrick Henry suffered a potentially season-ending foot injury during Sunday’s 34-31 win over Indianapolis, sources reported ESPN. Henry is undergoing an MRI today to determine the full extent of the damage.

Ian Rapoport added that Henry will have an MRI today. The immediate concern is that he has a fracture in his foot.

Fantasy Impact:

If Henry misses a long stretch of time, it will obviously be very difficult for fantasy managers to replace him. Jeremy McNichols has 28 touches (including 21 catches) on the year and Darrynton Evans is on injured reserve and will miss the rest of the season. The Titans have two fullbacks, Khari Blasingame and Tory Carter, on the active roster, along with Mehki Sargent and Dontrell Hilliard on the practice squad. Schefter already tweeted a few names that the Titans could trade for if Henry were to miss time: Tevin Coleman, David Johnson, Phillip Lindsay, Ty'Son Williams, Melvin Gordon, Ronald Jones, Mike Davis and Rashaad Penny.
