The regular season is dwindling and the never-ending scramble to find a consistent tight end producer off of the waiver wire becomes more frantic as we head into the playoff season. For streaming purposes, 4for4’s Schedule-Adjusted Fantasy Points Allowed (aFPA) is a metric we rely heavily on to determine weekly matchup strength. As the season continues to progress and more data is available, aFPA becomes more and more reliable, using rolling 10-week data. Targets and efficiency metrics are also considered when choosing weekly streamers.
To provide the advice you can implement, candidates for streaming must be rostered in no more than 40% of Yahoo! fantasy leagues.
Week 13 Review
We didn’t luck-box a tight end touchdown last week, and you know what that means when you’re in the streaming streets; it was a bad slate. The entire top-six fantasy producers were at least 67% rostered, with the lone exception being somebody named Brock Wright, a Detroit Lion who turned his fourth career catch into a touchdown. Gerald Everett had two brutal fumbles, including one at the goal line, and Cole Kmet had a heinous drop, resulting in an Andy Dalton interception. We power forward.
