Rams head coach Sean McVay didn’t give a full update on Cooper Kupp but said the injury “didn’t look good, didn’t sound good.”
The Athletic’s Jourdan Rodrigue reports that Kupp did seem to have avoided worst-case scenario with the injury. He’ll go through more testing this week to determine the situation. Kupp suffered the injury during the second half when his leg was rolled up on by Cardinals DB Marco Wilson. He left the game and was checked out on the bench by staff and did not return to the game. The Rams are now 3-6 after the loss to the Cardinals and their reign as Super Bowl champs may come to an end much sooner than they thought as the season is starting to become lost. We’ll see how the Rams go forward with Kupp and how long he’ll be out for.
