Fantasy Football Multiverse: Can Tee Higgins be a Top-Five Receiver in 2023?
The idea of the multiverse is fascinating to me. You change one small thing in one timeline, and it breaks off and affects things down the road in profound ways. In the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), that has Earth-shattering, Thanos-snapping implications. In fantasy football, it’s just my fancy way of saying that a range of outcomes exists. My goal for this series is to pick a player from each team that is either polarizing or interesting in some other way.
Tee Higgins was born on January 18, 1999, in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. He attended Clemson and amassed over 2,400 yards and scored 27 touchdowns in 37 games. Higgins has quickly become an integral part of the Cincinnati Bengals' receiving corps. Since being drafted in the second round of the 2020 NFL Draft, Higgins has showcased his ability to be a reliable target. He has complemented the Bengals' aerial attack, forming a dynamic duo with quarterback Joe Burrow. Higgins is not the first receiver you think of when you think of Cincinnati, but he’s being drafted as the WR13. Should we be paying more attention to the fourth-year wide receiver?
