Fantasy Football Quarterback Streaming Week 9: Carr Driving the Ball Downfield
After a slow offensive start to the year, we got some huge, crooked numbers on scoreboards throughout the league, as that side of the ball has finally hit its stride here, halfway through the fantasy season. Four of those offenses—including the Detroit Lions, Jacksonville Jaguars, Denver Broncos, and San Francisco 49ers—now find themselves heading into the Bye Week, so there are certainly some roster spots to fill in as we head to Week 9.
For streaming purposes, 4for4’s Schedule-Adjusted Fantasy Points Allowed (aFPA) is a metric we rely heavily on to determine weekly matchup strength. As the season progresses and more data is available, aFPA becomes more and more reliable, using rolling 10-week data. Targets and efficiency metrics are also considered when choosing weekly streamers.
To provide the advice you can implement, candidates for streaming must be rostered in no more than 40% of Yahoo! fantasy leagues.

Week 8 Review
Phew, we really saw results all over the board last week. We had Desmond Ridder watching the action from the bench during a great matchup after being cleared from concussion protocol, while Tyson Bagent’s fantasy balloon popped as quickly as it inflated despite finding the end zone on negative rushing yards. Nevertheless, Bryce Young put forth a moderate day, while cover boy Derek Carr came through in spades for managers who could get to him.
