Chiefs WR Chris Chambers (finger) took full practice reps Thursday. Expect Chambers to start opposite Dwayne Bowe in a nice matchup with the Jaguars. The main concern is, with Todd Bouman likely under center, the Chiefs could have no reason to pass.
