Saquon Barkley on his injury: "Nothing crazy, a little minor. Just getting ready for next week."

Fantasy Impact:

Barkley left the game in the first half but was able to return in the second half. Barkley still carried 19 times, but only had 65 yards. He added two catches for 9 yards. It wasn't his best fantasy game but hopefully for owners they were able to survive what was likely Week 1 of the playoffs. It sounds like Barkley is planning to play in Week 16, which is in the early slate of Sunday games at the Commanders. His status will need to be monitored this week but it's great news he was able to return to the game.

Nick Chubb suffers broken foot in Week 15

Browns RB Nick Chubb suffered a broken foot in Sunday’s loss against the Chiefs.

Fantasy Impact:

Chubb left the game in the second half after rushing nine times for 41 yards. He was richly ruled out, which usually isn’t a good sign. The question now is whether the Browns will have Chubb again this season. Maybe he gets cleared before the season or the Browns could choose to shut him down for the rest of the season with the team now at 3-11. Jerome Ford stepped in and scored a 62-yard touchdown.

Patrick Mahomes ‘week to week’ with ankle injury

Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes is considered week to week with a right ankle injury.

Fantasy Impact:

Mahomes left during the second half after having his ankle rolled up and was slow to get up, limping to the sideline. Week to week on a normal schedule is tough enough. It’s even tougher when the next two games fall on a Saturday and then the following Wednesday. Mahomes will likely be questionable for Christmas Day against the Steelers, let alone Saturday against the Texans. If Mahomes is out, Carson Wentz would likely get the start after he replaced Mahomes Sunday.

Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes is questionable to return to Sunday’s game against the Browns with an ankle injury.

Fantasy Impact:

Mahomes took a hit during the fourth quarter and was slow to get up after his ankle appeared to get rolled up on. Carson Wentz is now in at quarterback. The Chiefs have a two-touchdown lead late in the game. The Chiefs may choose to let Mahomes rest for the remainder of the game. The Chiefs have a somewhat short week coming up as they play on Saturday against the Texans before another short week leading to their Christmas Day game against the Steelers.
