Earl Bennett has been the Bears' most consistent receiver and his play has impressed offensive coordinator Mike Martz.

"He's getting more and more comfortable with what we do and understands it a lot better,'' Martz said of Bennett. "Now we have a lot of things in just for him. I say a lot, we have a significant amount of things just for him during the course of the game. That's what you do: You just try to get guys as they start to grow.''

Bennett is the Bears' third-leading receiver despite starting just two games.

Eagles ruled out WR DeVonta Smith (hamstring) for Sunday against the Rams.

Fantasy Impact:

It's a bit of a crapshoot as to who the "WR2" on the offense will be, but now that he's ruled out, Brown and Goedert should get a nice boost to their bottom line. That would lock Goedert into a no-doubt TE1 role in Week 12.
