Titan Notes: CJ, Collins

Johnson had just 2 yards on three carries in the first half, and managed a career-low 5 yards in the game.

It seemed like every time Johnson got his hands on the football, a Texan was waiting for him.

"We just have to watch film and see what happened,'' Johnson said. "We weren't able to run the ball at all so I'm not sure."

Later on Twitter, Johnson posted: "I pray I don't have another game like today even tho it was out of my hands."

Collins could be back
Quarterback Kerry Collins (calf) worked out on the field prior to kickoff and moved well enough to convince coaches and trainers he could backup rookie Rusty Smith.

Collins hasn't practiced since suffering the injury on Nov. 14. Chris Simms was the No. 3 quarterback.

Fisher said Collins would be "day to day" this week leading up to Sunday's game against the Jaguars at LP Field.

Fantasy Impact:

The return of Collins should help Johnson next week against the Jags, but this offense is struggling pretty bad. When you don't have a threat of a passing game, it doesn't bode well for Johnson owners.
