Carinals QB Derek Anderson (head) did not practice Wednesday. John Skelton and newly signed Richard Bartell split snaps with the starters. HC Ken Whisenhunt has not yet named a starter, but we expect Skelton to eventually get the nod. A 5th round draft pick out of Fordham, Skelton certainly isn't a fantasy option, but it's hard to see him being too much of a downgrade from the likes of Derek Anderson and Max Hall. Still, the Broncos are a sneaky DEF start in week 14.

Per Bears head coach Matt Eberflus: Ryan Bates remains in the concussion protocol. Elijah Hicks (ankle) and D'Andre Swift (groin) won't practice.

Teven Jenkins will be limited.

This is definitely a situation to keep an eye on, as Johnson would have a huge workload if Swift were to miss Week 12. Homer has three rush attempts and zero targets on the year.
