The Detroit Lions have signed former Tennessee Titans linebacker Stephen Tulloch to one-year, $3,250,000 deal, including $1.8 million guaranteed.

Fantasy Impact:

Tulloch had developed into a solid IDP player in Nashville and he will remain one in Detroit. In fact, his numbers could improve even more given the strength of Detroit's defensive line relative to Tennessee's.
