Fullback Ahmard Hall returned to the Titans on Monday after serving a four-game suspension for violating the NFL’s performance-enhancing substances policy. Coach Mike Munchak said Hall is in great shape, and should help a running game that finally had some success against the Browns.
“We are happy Ahmard is back and hopefully that will help us,” Munchak said. “I would imagine we’ll see how he feels the next few days of practice. But he is willing and anxious to be here and has been a big part of our success in the run game. It’s just a matter of getting him in meetings and on the practice field and make sure everything is OK.”
The Titans have a one-week exemption, so they didn’t immediately have to make a roster move. They are expected to release fullback Quinn Johnson.
