Fantasy Impact:

This shows that Pat TE Aaron Hernandez and Rob Gronkowski are big-time targets and playmakers in this offense behind WR Wes Welker. Hernandez caught the game-winning TD on the Pat's last minute drive to beat the Cowboys. Both should be considered TE1 options.

This is definitely a situation to keep an eye on, as Johnson would have a huge workload if Swift were to miss Week 12. Homer has three rush attempts and zero targets on the year.
