Hue Jackson: Darrius Heyward-Bey "hasn't arrived yet."

Darrius Heyward-Bey has had something of a breakout season, racking up 55 catches for 845 yards and three TDs. But Raiders HC Hue Jackson says he still has plenty of room for improvement.

"When he starts making those uncommon plays that we all know that you look for at that position, that's when he's arrived," Jackson said. "He hasn't arrived yet, regardless of what the numbers are, but he's still working. But I think the sky's the limit for him if he continues to work like he is."

Fantasy Impact:

In Weeks 4-7, DHB caught 22 passes for 385 yards and a TD, and looked to be the Raiders clear WR1. But then, in a mind-boggling move, he was demoted and saw just one target in Weeks 9 & 10. Since Week 11, he has reestablished himself as the Raiders' most productive receiver, and has 20 catches for 326 yards and two TDs over the last four games. He'll be an interesting middle round selection in 2012 fantasy drafts, though he won't come without risk. After all, he plays wide receiver for the Raiders.
