Lions rookie receiver Derrick Williams, a third-round pick, is still sidelined by a sore hamstring and Schwartz said he might not take part in the three-day minicamp, which ends tomorrow.
"It puts a lot of heat on him as a young player,'' Schwartz said of Williams. "It's hard for young players to not practice and also prepare. They've typically been the best players in high school and college and they weren't the backups, they didn't have to learn by watching other people play. But he's going to have to do that until he gets back on the field full time.''
