While Bo Scaife prepares to spend this fall with the Titans as their franchise player, the tight end's new agent is preparing to negotiate a long-term deal after 2009 season. Scaife recently switched to Drew Rosenhaus, who has a history of negotiating big contracts for his clients. Scaife's one-year tender will pay him $4.46 million in 2009 — the average salary of the five highest-paid tight ends in the NFL. After the season, Rosenhaus said aims to work a deal that keeps Scaife in Nashville.
