Coach Wade Phillips promised that he would be tougher on the Cowboys and hold them more accountable for mistakes.

"There are a lot of ways to do it," Phillips said. "Some people have them run after practice. We may resort to that. To me, embarrassing a guy in front of everyone else, and showing the teammates you’re not doing it right, no matter who it is, that gets them to concentrate more. When you run a guy after practice, it’s kind of like you’re punishing him but it’s not in front of the whole team. It’s something I wanted to do, we talked about doing, so we’ll see how it works out."
