The Seahawks on Tuesday signed linebacker Rocky Boiman, who played for the team from 2002-05. Boiman has also played with the Cowboys, Colts, Eagles and Chiefs during his career.

The Titans have also signed linebacker Tyson Smith.

To make room for those players, the Titans released quarterback Alex Mortensen and cornerback Jeremy Haynes.
