Chargers wide receiver Vincent Jackson will miss Saturday's preseason game against the Cardinals with a sprained middle finger on his left hand suffered in Wednesday's practice.

Jackson, the team's leading receiver last season with 1,098 yards, said he expects to be out for just a few days.

"This is definitely something I can recover from," Jackson said, according to the San Diego Union-Tribune.
