Lions cornerback Aaron Berry was arrested early Saturday morning in Harrisburg, PA on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, two counts of causing accidental damage to an unattended vehicle or property and two counts of failure to stop and give information to law enforcement and render aid.
The police report released to the media Tuesday afternoon states that officers were dispatched to the 100 block of Market Street in Harrisburg on a report of a hit & run crash.
One witness reported that a man driving a BMW ran into two parked cars on the south side of the street. One car was pushed onto the curb.
The driver of the striking vehicle then stopped along the curb and walked away. He was seen entering the Hilton Hotel. The officers confirmed the crash details and went to the Hilton Hotel where they found Berry staggering out.
