Carson Palmer and Marc Bulger are both hurt, which left the Bengals and Rams to each struggle on offense. Kyle Boller hit on 14 of 20 passes with one touchdown, but he managed just 96 yards for St Louis. J.t. O'sullivan completed 7 of 13 for 93 yards as Cincinnati's offense never got in sync.
