Pittsburgh Gazette: Steelers OT Max Starks (knee) practiced for the first time
this week, albeit wearing a knee brace. LB Lawrence Timmons (illness) also
returned after sitting out for two days, and C Justin Hartwig (knee) was
limited. There was no word on WR Hines Ward (knee), who previously said he
planned to rest this week and return to the practice field next week.

Per Bears head coach Matt Eberflus: Ryan Bates remains in the concussion protocol. Elijah Hicks (ankle) and D'Andre Swift (groin) won't practice.

Teven Jenkins will be limited.

This is definitely a situation to keep an eye on, as Johnson would have a huge workload if Swift were to miss Week 12. Homer has three rush attempts and zero targets on the year.
