Redskins special teams coach Danny Smith said Antwaan Randle el is first up on punt returns and Rock Cartwright will be the kickoff returner. Devin Thomas may be on the field for kickoff returns but not right away. As for punts, Santana Moss and DeAngelo Hall were taking reps in practice.
