By NFL rule, the Titans are allowed to sign veteran players starting Friday without having to guarantee their salary for the remainder of the season.

Former Jaguars receiver Matt Jones, who worked out for the Titans last week, is on the radar. But another player popped on the market Thursday: receiver Bobby Wade, who was released by the Vikings.

Wade is a former Titan. He's also a return man, something the Titans need.
