The Jaguars limited the amount of reps for top wide receiver Cecil Shorts in practice Monday and Mike Brown took advantage of the opportunity.

“It gives those other guys an opportunity to go with the 1’s and Mike Brown made the best of it,’’ HC Gus Bradley said. “He’s a guy that’s had a couple of good practices in a row. I keep telling these guys when you compete, it shows up on tape, and he has done that.’’

Fantasy Impact:

It's a bit of a crapshoot as to who the "WR2" on the offense will be, but now that he's ruled out, Brown and Goedert should get a nice boost to their bottom line. That would lock Goedert into a no-doubt TE1 role in Week 12.
