Lions TE Brandon Pettigrew went to work this offseason, trying to get his body right and determined to correct the issues that plagued him on the field.

A self-proclaimed "burger man," Pettigrew revamped his diet, incorporating more grilled chicken and vegetables into the menu. Combined with commitment to the weight room, the veteran tight end has trimmed down and has a more defined physique.

"Brandon looks as good as I've ever seen him physically," coach Jim Schwartz said earlier in the offseason. "He's very accountable. Like all our players, they work hard to identify their weaknesses and try to work to correct those."

Fantasy Impact:

Pettigrew gets his share of targets and is a big part of the Lions offense, but he also struggled with drops last year. He cracks our top-20 TEs at 18 making him a low-end TE2. The potential is certainly there and with an ADP of the 14th round he'll likely be available if you want a second TE on your team.
