Raiders WR Denarius Moore (shoulder, out) missed practice all week and is out for Week 14. Rod Streater and Andre Holmes are Sneaky Starts against a very shaky Jets secondary. Streater has posted WR2-type numbers in the last three games while Holmes torched the Cowboys on Thanksgiving.
