MIA WR Allen Hurns - Week 15 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 15 at New York Giants

Allen Hurns finished 5-68 on eight targets last week. All of these were season highs as Hurns got more looks due to DeVante Parker being knocked out of the game with a concussion. If Parker is inactive in Week 15, expect Hurns to be more involved than usual. He's still not an incredibly strong play, but he can be viewed as a decent WR4 in a favorable matchup against the Giants.

MIA WR Allen Hurns - Week 14 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 14 at New York Jets

Outside of DeVante Parker, there isn't really a strong receiving threat on the Dolphins. Allen Hurns and Albert Wilson essentially cancel each other out with 30-yard performances. Unless you're in a really deep league, there should be better options available this week.

MIA WR Allen Hurns - Week 13 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 vs. Philadelphia Eagles

Allen Hurns finished 4-42-1 last week as he's seen an increase in playing time due to Preston Williams' absence. He's played at least 85% of the offensive snaps over Miami's last three games. But while his role has increased, he's still got a low ceiling. If he doesn't score a touchdown, you're going to upset you played him. He's not much more than a WR5 in Week 13.

MIA WR Allen Hurns - Week 12 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 at Cleveland Browns

Allen Hurns finished 4-53 last week as the Dolphins aired it out. Hurns' numbers were a bit inflated just because Miami had higher passing numbers than usual. You can probably expect numbers closer to 30-40 receiving yards from him moving forward. He's not really a strong fantasy option as his ceiling is pretty limited. He's a WR5 at best in deep leagues.

MIA WR Allen Hurns - Week 11 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 vs. Buffalo Bills

With Preston Williams done for the season, Allen Hurns was Miami's second-leading receiver last week. He wasn't great, though, finishing 2-32 on four targets. Expect similar production from him moving forward making him essentially useless for fantasy purposes.

MIA WR Allen Hurns - Week 10 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 at Indianapolis Colts

Allen Hurns only has 138 receiving yards on the season, but he's projected to be next in line for production with Preston Williams done for the season. But until we actually see that production (he's finished with 12 and 16 yards in each of his last two games) then Hurns remains a risky play. There should be better options available than Hurns in Week 10.

DAL WR Allen Hurns - Week 1 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 1 at Carolina Panthers

The Cowboys receiving unit has a ton of question marks, but someone will benefit from the passing game and Allen Hurns is the best guess of the one who ends up being the No. 1 receiver. We use that term lightly as there really is no No. 1, but the veteran has shown signs in his career when healthy of carrying that load.

The matchup is pretty good for Week 1 as the Panthers pass defense struggled last season. But even with the favorable matchup, we don't expect much from Hurns or any other Cowboys receiver. Keep Hurns on the bench for Week 1.
