ARI WR Marquise Brown - Week 11 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 vs. San Francisco 49ers

Marquise “Hollywood” Brown looks like he may suit up this week against the 49ers. It’s risky to bank on him, however, especially since they play Monday night and you may not be able to secure a backup plan. Take a wait-and-see approach with Brown to see how his health - and the presence of DeAndre Hopkins - affect his fantasy production.

ARI WR Marquise Brown - Week 6 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 6 at Seattle Seahawks

Marquise “Hollywood” Brown had another solid outing last week against the Eagles, catching eight of the 10 balls thrown his way for 78 yards and a touchdown. It was his third touchdown of the season and his fourth consecutive game with double-digit targets. Brown is now the WR6 on the season.

Brown has a tougher matchup against the Seahawks this week. Seattle has struggled defensively, overall, but ranks fourth in aFPA to opposing wide receivers – in part behind the surprisingly stellar play of rookie cornerback Tariq Woolen. Still, with Brown’s targets and talent, it’s hard to keep him on the bench, especially in a game that looks ripe for a shootout. Start him as a WR1 option this week.

ARI WR Marquise Brown - Week 5 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 5 vs. Philadelphia Eagles

Marquise “Hollywood” Brown caught six of his 11 targets last week in a win against the Panthers, ending up with 88 yards and a touchdown on the day. He has double-digit PPR points in every week this season, and he’s the WR8 so far in half-PPR formats. His usage in this offense and apparent comfort with quarterback Kyler Murray have made him a solid addition to the offense, and a value for fantasy managers who took him in the running back dead zone of drafts.

This week, Brown faces an Eagles defense that ranks number one in aFPA to opposing wide receivers. It’s a tough matchup, but his role and expected target share make him worth starting anyway. This could be a high-scoring game as the Cardinals try to keep up with the Philadelphia offense, and Brown should see volume as a result. We have him ranked as a solid WR2 option this week.

ARI WR Marquise Brown - Week 4 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 4 at Carolina Panthers

Marquise “Hollywood” Brown had a nice week against the Rams on Sunday catching an astounding 14 of his 17 targets for 140 yards. It was his third straight game with double-digit PPR points and it was good to see him get fed the football in a tough, division game.

This week, Brown faces a Panthers defense that struggled to contain Chris Olave and Tre’Quan Smith last week, so there’s potential for Brown to have another quality fantasy outing. Start him as a solid WR2 in all formats, with a little bump in PPR leagues, given he’s tied for fourth in the league with 34 targets already this year.

ARI WR Marquise Brown - Week 3 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 3 vs. Los Angeles Rams

Marquise “Hollywood” Brown had 11 targets last week against the Raiders, but he was end up with a modest 68 yards on six receptions. Still, he has double-digit PPR fantasy points in both games so far this season. This offense should have positive days ahead, making Brown and interesting option moving forward.

This week, Brown faces a Rams defense with the potential to be great, but they were torched by Stefon Diggs in Week 1, and then Drake London had 8/86/1 against them last week. Expect a busy day and potentially double-digit targets for Brown again this week, and we have him ranked as a quality WR2. Start him.

ARI WR Marquise Brown - Week 2 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 2 at Las Vegas Raiders

Marquise “Hollywood” Brown caught four balls for 43 yards and a touchdown in his Cardinals debut. He was tied for second on the team with six targets. Brown was on the field for 95% of the team’s offensive snaps and should be the primary option in the passing game, at least until DeAndre Hopkins comes back.

The Raiders held the main receivers in check last week against the Chargers, but got beat up by guys like DeAndre Carter and Zander Horvath. Still, expect a high-scoring game with Brown getting plenty of looks. We have him ranked as a solid WR2 option this week. Start him.

ARI WR Marquise Brown - Week 1 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 1 vs. Kansas City Chiefs

Marquise “Hollywood” Brown had 91 catches for 1,008 yards and six touchdowns last season in Baltimore. It was his first 1,000-plus yard season in his short career, and there’s reason to think he’ll expand on that this season. Kyler Murray has been a more prolific passer in a more prolific offense than Lamar Jackson and the Ravens. Plus, Brown put up 1,318 yards and 10 touchdowns in his final year with Kyler Murray in college, back in 2018. Brown should benefit from the absence of DeAndre Hopkins, who is suspended for the first six games.

Brown will get a chance to show off what he can do in a Cardinals uniform right away against a Chiefs defense that ranked 24th in aFPA to opposing wide receivers in 2021. Expect a high-scoring affair with plenty of passing, making Brown a solid WR2 with WR1 upside in Week 1.
