Scouting report

PIT RB Jaylen Warren - Week 13 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 vs. Arizona Cardinals
Jaylen Warren continued to play well with 16 touches for 62 yards. He actually was outrushed by teammate Najee Harris, but still is more of a target in the passing game which helps his fantasy stock. The two of them will continue to get playing time so each one is capable of a big game.

Warren faces the Cardinals who are ranked 32nd in aFPA to running backs. The Steelers offense was much better last week with their new offensive coordinator and play caller.

Start Warren as an RB2 for Week 13 and remember he is even more valuable in PPR leagues. With the matchup, it could be a big day for the second-year back.

PIT RB Jaylen Warren - Week 12 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 at Cincinnati Bengals
Jaylen Warren has become the man in the Steelers running game. Over the last three games, he has rushed 35 times for 318 yards while adding eight receptions for 50 yards. He has passed Najee Harris in the fantasy rankings and on the Pittsburgh depth chart.

Warren will face the Bengals who are ranked 17th in aFPA to running backs. The problem for the Steelers is we still don't know about QB Kenny Pickett and whether he can run this offense efficiently. Pittsburgh did fire OC Matt Canada so we will see some changes.

Start Warren as a solid RB3 or Flex for Week 12. That is not really a reflection of him as his ceiling is much higher. We don't trust the Steelers offense.

PIT RB Jaylen Warren - Week 11 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 at Cleveland Browns
Jaylen Warren's fantasy stock continues to trend upward as he ran the ball 15 times for 101 yards and a touchdown. He was also named the starting running back surpassing Najee Harris on the depth chart. But be cautious as these two pretty much are going to split time for Pittsburgh.

Warren has a tough matchup this week against Cleveland who is ranked fourth in aFPA to running backs. The one thing about Warren is that he also bring value in PPR leagues as he is involved in the passing game.

Start Warren as a high-end RB3 or Flex for Week 11. This should be a defensive battle and although his touches will be there like last week, the production will not.

PIT RB Jaylen Warren - Week 10 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 vs. Green Bay Packers
Jaylen Warren continues to be a factor in the Steelers offense. He had 14 touches for 113 yards while playing only 40% of the snaps. Warren is closing the gap on starting running back Najee Harris as far as production is concerned.

Warren faces the Packers who are ranked 22nd in aFPA to running backs. With a favorable matchup and the fact the Steelers want him involved, his fantasy stock continues to rise.

Start Warren as a high-end RB3 or Flex for Week 10. Not sure he will get the numbers from last week, but he definitely can help managers in that role.

PIT RB Jaylen Warren - Week 9 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 9 vs. Tennessee Titans
It was another bad day for the Steelers offense. Jaylen Warren only got nine touches for 38 yards, but he was the best fantasy running back wearing black and gold on Sunday. He continues to get solid playing time with starter Najee Harris.

It will be a tough matchup this week against the Titans who are ranked sixth in aFPA to running backs. A lot of the problem is the Steelers offense, but of course that trickles down to Warren's fantasy numbers.

Start Warren as an RB3 or Flex for Week 9. He is definitely worth it in PPR leagues and good positive numbers even with minimum touches.

PIT RB Jaylen Warren - Week 8 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 vs. Jacksonville Jaguars
Jaylen Warren continues to get playing time, but only had seven touches last week. The Steelers like him more in third down situations so his PPR value is higher than his standard value.

It's a tough matchup against Jacksonville so don't expect too much from the Steelers run game. White still has fantasy value for Week 8 as he ranks as a low-end RB3 or Flex against the Jaguars.

PIT RB Jaylen Warren - Week 7 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 7 at Los Angeles Rams
Jaylen Warren continues to get plenty of playing time and has become a legit fantasy option, especially in PPR leagues. He has 21 receptions to date and is playing close to 50% of the snaps.

Warren isn't the starter and he doesn't have a great matchup against a very good Rams defense, but he is definitely trending up as his fantasy numbers have been better than starting running back Najee Harris on most weeks. Start Warren as a RB3 or Flex for Week 7.
