Week 16 vs. New England Patriots
While Khalil Shakir doesn't typically offer the type of upside that other fringe WR2/3 options do on a week-to-week basis, he continues to operate as Josh Allen's go-to target, even if those targets tend to come close to the line of scrimmage. He only has four touchdowns on the season (two in the last two games), but his baseline production is more than enough to keep our fantasy teams afloat, and he should continue his huge streak of 7+ target games, assuming the Bills don't jump out to a massive lead too quickly.

Week 14 @ Los Angeles Rams
The addition of Amari Cooper will undoubtedly take a bite out of every other receiver's target share, but it hasn't seemed to affect Khalil Shakir, who has 52 targets for 40 catches and 380 yards in the six weeks since the trade. He's getting a ton of the "safety valve" looks from Josh Allen and continues to be a smash WR2+ in full PPR leagues. In other scoring formats, consider him a high-floor/low-ceiling WR3.

Week 11 vs. Kansas City Chiefs
