While Khalil Shakir doesn't typically offer the type of upside that other fringe WR2/3 options do on a week-to-week basis, he continues to operate as Josh Allen's go-to target, even if those targets tend to come close to the line of scrimmage. He only has three touchdowns on the season, but his baseline production is more than enough to keep our fantasy teams afloat, and this matchup with the Lions could turn into another shootout.
