WAS TE Logan Thomas - Week 17 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 17 vs San Francisco 49ers

Logan Thomas had a great outing last week, finishing 5-36-1 on six targets. While it was a strong outing, it was also an apparent outlier given that Thomas had 22 total yards in the three games prior. This week Thomas faces the 49ers (17th aFPA) and will have a new QB in Jacoby Brissett. Thomas will be a risky option in Week 17 considering his low level of production in recent weeks, including a goose egg in Week 13. He's around TE20 for Week 17.

WAS TE Logan Thomas - Week 16 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 16 at New York Jets

Logan Thomas only had one catch for seven yards last week. This is after he finished with 0 catches the week prior, and just two catches the week before that. In total, over his past three games, Thomas has three catches for 22 yards. He's simply not producing, and we wouldn't expect him to turn it around vs. the Jets (8th aFPA) in Week 16.

WAS TE Logan Thomas - Week 15 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 15 at Los Angeles Rams

Logan Thomas only saw one target in Week 13 and was held without a catch. Although he did score on a two point conversion. Thomas has been a somewhat viable option at TE this year as he's TE16 in half-PPR. Although he's struggled lately, failing to reach 7.0 points in half-PPR for five straight games. Thomas should be viewed in the TE15-TE20 range this week vs. the Rams (30th aFPA).

WAS TE Logan Thomas - Week 13 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 13 vs. Miami Dolphins

Sam Howell threw for 300 yards last week, but only 15 of those yards went to Logan Thomas (on two catches). It was Thomas' worst outing in a while, so it seems to be more of a one-off bad game rather than a trend. He should bounce back this week in an OK matchup vs. the Dolphins (17th aFPA). He should be viewed in the TE10-TE15 range for Week 13.

WAS TE Logan Thomas - Week 12 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 12 at Dallas Cowboys

Logan Thomas saw eight targets last week, which was the 2nd-most on the team. He finished with five catches for 58 yards. It's just the third time this season Thomas has topped the 50 yard mark. Thomas hasn't been amazing this season, but he rarely puts up a dud performance, and is at least a fairly reliable option when it comes to the tight end position. This week he faces the Cowboys (23rd aFPA) who have a good defense overall, but have given up the most receiving touchdowns to tight ends (tied) this season. Thomas is a low-end TE1 option for Week 12.

WAS TE Logan Thomas - Week 11 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 vs. New York Giants

Logan Thomas had an OK outing last week, finishing 5-40 on five targets. Thomas has been decent so far this year, averaging 4.2 receptions for 39 yards with three total touchdowns in nine games. He's certainly no Travis Kelce, but Thomas has a solid floor for teams who just need a tight end to produce something for the week. This week he faces the Giants (9th aFPA). When he played the Giants a few weeks ago, Thomas finished 4-51. Thomas is a low-end TE1 option in Week 11.

WAS TE Logan Thomas - Week 10 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 at Seattle Seahawks

Logan Thomas was OK last week as he finished 4-31 on five targets. Thomas has been productive enough to make him a fairly safe option in terms of floor. But his ceiling is limited as he's not really a strong candidate for a huge breakout game. Thomas should be viewed as a low-end TE1 option in Week 10 as he gets a decent matchup vs. the Seahawks (19th aFPA). He's a solid bye week filler if you need someone this week.
