MIA WR Lynn Bowden - Week 17 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 17 at Buffalo Bills

Lynn Bowden unfortunately had a poor outing last week after a string of nice games. Bowden saw just three targets, finishing 2-8 as a receiver while adding one carry for eight yards. His value will likely take even more of a hit if DeVante Parker is able to return from injury this week. Bowden was a fun option for a few weeks, but he won't be a great Week 17 play. We have him as a low-end WR5.

MIA WR Lynn Bowden - Week 16 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 16 at Las Vegas Raiders

Lynn Bowden had another reception-heavy game last week as he led the team in targets (7) and finished 6-37. He also had a 9-yard rush on a designed pass play. Bowden is a fun player with RB eligibility on most fantasy sites, and he'll be valuable again if Miami is missing some key players. DeVante Parker, Jakeem Grant and Mike Gesicki are all questionable this week with injuries, and their injuries have been the reason for Bowden's relevance. Bowden will still have some relevancy if those players are active, but don't expect him to lead the team in targets again. Still, Bowden has appeal as a WR3 in a favorable matchup against the Raiders in Week 16.

MIA WR Lynn Bowden - Week 15 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 15 vs. New England Patriots

Lynn Bowden emerged as Miami's top receiving threat after DeVante Parker, Jakeem Grant and Mike Gesicki all got hurt last week. All three have been limited in practice this week, so there's a chance they all miss this Week 15 game, leaving Bowden as the main option. He benefited from that last week, finishing 7-82 on nine targets. Bowden also saw two pass plays last week, although one of them turned into a scramble. Bowden is a fun player who has RB eligibility on some fantasy sites. Assuming Parker and Grant are out, Bowden is a solid WR3 play in Week 15, despite a tough matchup against the Patriots.

MIA RB Lynn Bowden - Week 14 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 14 vs. Kansas City Chiefs

Lynn Bowden finally saw some extended playing time last week. He saw a season-high 44% of the offensive snaps, and finished with five touches (four receptions, one carry) for 52 scrimmage yards. Bowden is more of a WR than an RB in Miami, but he has RB eligibility in most fantasy leagues. He has some low-end flex appeal in deeper leagues, but he should still be viewed as a risky play considering he has 10 total offensive touches on the season.
