SF RB Patrick Taylor - Week 15 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 15 vs. Los Angeles Rams

Isaac Guerendo is planning to play Thursday but it's tough to gauge how effective he'll be with a foot sprain. The 49ers could lean more on Patrick Taylor on the short week in what looks like a solid matchup against the Rams. L.A. is allowing 141 rushing yards per game but do rank 10th in fantasy points allowed to opposing running backs. If Guerendo is indeed limited, Taylor has flex appeal with some upside in the 49ers' offense.

SF RB Patrick Taylor - Week 14 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 14 vs. Chicago Bears

The 49ers signed Patrick Taylor from their practice squad this week as he becomes the No. 2 behind Isaac Guerendo for the time being. Taylor has seven carries for 25 yards and also has a 12-yard catch this season. Guerendo will be the lead back but Taylor may see some carries. The 49ers also have fullback Kyle Juszczyk as well as Israel Abanikanda and Ke'Shawn Vaughn on the roster in some fashion. Taylor is a deep flex option this week.

GB RB Patrick Taylor - Week 11 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 11 at Minnesota Vikings

With A.J. Dillon promoted to the lead job in Aaron Jones' (MCL) absence, there is a spot open for Patrick Taylor to assume backup duties for the next week or two. Taylor has seen two carries for seven yards so far this season, and our models project him as a mid-range RB6 in Week 11. He's not an immediately rosterable player, but may be worth a stash in deep leagues where you're desperate for running back depth.
