Week 16 vs. San Francisco 49ers

Raheem Mostert checks in as RB45 this week but is far off the fantasy radar. Mostert finished Week 15 against the Texans with 6 rushes for 8 yards and 3 catches on 3 targets for 13 yards. While the matchup on the ground isn't daunting against the 49ers as they rank 20th aFPA against running backs, this still isn't a spot to start Mostert. He's a distant backup to De'Von Achane and doesn't even dominate the goal-line touches. You could do better elsewhere.

Week 14 vs New York Jets

Raheem Mostert is in a good spot against the Jets this week, but with a questionable tag we need to wait to see if he's active. He did manage to get in three limited practices this week, so it is certainly possible we find out he's active before Sunday morning. If he's active he's a RB3/flex option this week. But keep following his status.

Week 12 vs. New England Patriots

It's been a wild ride having Mostert on your fantasy teams this year. And by wild, I mean not fun. You were expecting an RB2 with the goal line role and instead he is the RB3 with occasional passing down work. While this is an easier matchup against the Patriots not even a byemageddon seems like a good enough reason to play him.

New England is 26th aFPA against running backs so the matchup is solid. However, it's impossible to trust him right now as it does appear Jaylen Wright has passed him on the depth chart. I would look elsewhere even on a week like this.
