GB WR Romeo Doubs - Week 10 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 10 at Pittsburgh Steelers

Romeo Doubs continues to be a low-volume, touchdown-dependent fantasy option. The weeks he catches a touchdown, he'll be usable and the weeks he doesn't, well... he's not. He caught all three of his targets against the Rams for 36 yards, which unfortunately doesn't get it done for you.

With the Steelers being 29th aFPA against wide receivers it seems like a good place to start Doubs! Alas, with Jordan Love not throwing a ton and spreading the ball around it is tough to count on any Packers receiver. Doubs checks in as WR45 this week which will put him in flex conversation if you're desperate.

GB WR Romeo Doubs - Week 9 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 9 vs Los Angeles Rams

Romeo Doubs continues to be the most consistent wide receiver from a fantasy perspective because he has the best role in the red zone. Jordan Love continues to look for him in the end zone and he scored his 5th touchdown of the season against the Vikings. Although he only had 4 catches for 18 yards, but did at least have 9 targets.

While the Rams are tough against the pass, 9th in aFPA against wide receivers, Doubs does still have some flex appeal, especially in half-point PPR leagues given his role in the red zone. As long as he finds paydirt, he should be a usable asset every week.

GB WR Romeo Doubs - Week 8 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 8 vs. Minnesota Vikings

Romeo Doubs continues to run as the WR2 with Christian Watson back and is thankfully running the second-most routes of all the Packers receivers. He also continues to see red zone looks and end zone looks. His 17.75 aDOT last week was the highest on the team and should continue his boom-or-bust nature.

Minnesota is another strong matchup for Doubs and his role in the red zone and on deeper targets makes him better for best ball, but can be considered a flex play in re-draft leagues.

GB WR Romeo Doubs - Week 7 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 7 at Denver Broncos/strong>

Romeo Doubs took a bit of a back seat in the game against the Raiders before the bye as he saw only four targets after back-to-back games of 12+ targets. Doubs is a bit of a boom-or-bust option, but given his work in the red zone, he should at least hold some upside in a positive matchup.

Doubs is a WR3 this week, but may not have some of the upside that a few other players have who are ranked near him in the 4for4 rankings, but he is still worthy of starting this week. Especially given the bye week situation most are probably facing.

GB WR Romeo Doubs - Week 5 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 5 at Las Vegas Raiders

Romeo Doubs continues to be the most consistent and best receiver out of the Packers' pass-catchers. Doubs was used in the more intermediate area against the Lions and showed up with 13 targets and 9 catches for 95 yards as the one Packer with a usable fantasy week (obviously a bit better in full PPR).

Until Christian Watson is fully healthy, Doubs should be considered the WR1 in Green Bay and still is the likely red zone target. The Raiders haven't surrendered a lot of points to receivers so far, but even in the difficult matchup, the combination of the red zone work and running more routes in the intermediate area make Doubs a WR3 with a little more upside.

GB WR Romeo Doubs - Week 4 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 4 vs. Detroit Lions

Romeo Doubs continues to be a favorite target of Jordan Love's in the red zone as he scored his third touchdown in three weeks against the Saints and made a few other tough catches. Of all the pass catchers, I think Doubs' role is most insulated from the return of Christian Watson and Aaron Jones.

Doubs feels like a more comfortable play in Half PPR than full-point PPR knowing that he's got a role in the red zone. He's a bit of a desperation Flex play either way, but I would be more comfortable looking elsewhere in Full-Point PPR.

GB WR Romeo Doubs - Week 3 Fantasy Football Outlook

Week 3 vs. New Orleans Saints

Romeo Doubs is leading the Packers receivers in route participation so far but seems to have fallen behind Jayden Reed in the pecking order for targets. Christian Watson potentially returning should only lower expectations for Doubs a bit more. We'll have to wait and see if Watson does ultimately return this week, but seeing Marshon Lattimore isn't ideal as he's one of the few cornerbacks who are worth noting for fantasy purposes.

Doubs is a borderline flex play if you're desperate if Watson is out and isn't in the starting conversation if Watson is healthy. We'll need to tread carefully with Doubs moving forward as it seems unlikely Jordan Love or the volume of passing can sustain three fantasy-relevant receivers.
