FantasyFeud Week 6 Values & Top Plays
Welcome to Week 6. Revenge games seem to be the theme of this week. Torrey Smith and Anquan Boldin both have one against the Ravens. Cecil Shorts has one against the Jaguars. Even Dion Lewis has one against a Colts team he was with for one week. While these narratives are fun to fall into, I can’t remember a non-Steve Smith example that has worked out in recent years. I’m not saying some extra motivation doesn’t help, but consider this my reminder to avoid the narrative thought process and make sure you’re putting some more thought behind your weekly plays.

Week 6 Plays
Quarterback
Step 1: Brian Hoyer ($108,700) vs. JAC
Ben Roethlisberger. Andy Dalton. Carson Palmer. Tom Brady. Philip Rivers. And Brian Hoyer?!? That is currently your (in order) list of leaders in the yards per attempt category. Hoyer is giving us a much smaller sample size to work with, but that’s still a nice indicator of his potential. Working against a middle-of-the-road Jaguars defense, Hoyer should be able to connect with DeAndre Hopkins a few times to pay off his salary that is the third-cheapest of all starting quarterbacks in Week 6.
