After getting torched by Mitch Trubisky and the Bears passing game, Detroit’s weakness in the passing game is finally being exploited. The Lions have allowed a quarterback to throw for three touchdowns three times in the last five weeks and are allowing the most fantasy points per attempt this season. Cam Newton ($8,600) gets the honor of facing Detroit this week in a game with a 51.5-point game total and an implied score of 27.75 for the Panthers. Combine Cam’s rushing upside with this great matchup in a potential shootout, and Newton is the top quarterback value of the week.
