For seemingly the entire season, one of the best quarterback strategies has been to play the Buccaneers starter or the opposing signal caller. This week looks no different, with Drew Brees ($8,500) and Jameis Winston ($7,700) topping the value report. While Tampa Bay’s pass defense hasn’t been as dreadful as it was in the first half of the season—the Bucs’ have allowed the 10th most fantasy points per pass attempt over the last six weeks—Brees’ efficiency has been through the roof of late, tied for the second most points per pass attempt since Week 6.
