10 Dynasty Players to Sell Before the NFL Draft

With the NFL draft right around the corner and the 2025 prospects about to find their landing spots, it's time for dynasty leagues to kick into full gear. Until the calendar flips to your rookie drafts, that means trading ... and the week of the draft is a hot spot for trade value. To help you capitalize on that value, here are 10 players to sell at their current price.
QB Anthony Richardson, Indianapolis Colts
We may not get any concrete evidence over draft weekend regarding what Indianapolis intends to do at quarterback. Heck, they probably don't know yet themselves. And it's almost a foregone conclusion that they'll spend one of their first two picks on a strong receiving tight end. So why sell Anthony Richardson now? Because, simply put, I do not believe he will ever be a long-term starting QB in this league. Only one player in the last 20 years holds a lower career completion percentage than Richardson on at least 300 attempts: Tim Tebow. And Tebow's TD-INT ratio of 17-9 is more than twice as good as Richardson's (11-13). The other first-round picks to fall anywhere close to Richardson's marks in those two statistics were JaMarcus Russell, Brady Quinn, and Josh Rosen, none of whom made it past 25 career starts.
Maybe there's a trade this weekend that clears up the "competition" with Daniel Jones, maybe we don't truly find out until September. But at least right now, Richardson can still pull an early second-round rookie pick in Superflex formats. If I had any shares (I don't), I'd happily ship them for a shot at a Colston Loveland, Cam Skattebo, Jayden Higgins, or even Jalen Milroe, who could be what Richardson should have been.
