The Cowboys released veteran K Dan Bailey, which is a stunner even though it’s kicker news.

Bailey is second all-time in NFL field goal percentage, behind only Justin Tucker. Brett Maher is the only other kicker currently on the roster. In his preseason game against Houston on August 30th, Maher made both of his field goal attempts, with a long of 57 yards.
