The Tennessee Titans have designated RB Derrick Henry to return from Injured Reserve. He now has 21 days to be added to the active roster.

Fantasy Impact:

Henry's potential return for the playoffs is huge, especially if the Titans get an extra week of rest if they secure the top seed in the AFC.
