From a chat with ESPN"s Bill Williamson:
Q: Is Todd Haley the worst coach in the NFL? His hijinks regarding Jamaal Charles this offseason have been astounding. He has clearly outplayed T. Jones and is electrifying when on the field. What gives, Bill? Is Charles a locker room headache or something?
A: I think this is the most overblown "controversy" of camp. It's no biggie. Charles is the guy. Now, if this continues in the regular season, we'll talk. But I don't see it happening.
This is essentially what we have been saying since day one, but it's nice read some positive press on the Charles situation, even though the negative press ultimately helps us get value on draft day. Williamson goes on to predict a 60-40 work-share in favor of Charles. We have it closer to 50-50 with Charles getting far more receptions and doing more with his carries.
