James Washington signs with Cowboys

The Dallas Cowboys are signing WR James Washington to a one-year deal.

Fantasy Impact:

The addition of Washington gives Dallas a wideout with more work on the field than incumbent Noah Brown and helps fill out their three-wide sets until Michael Gallup returns. Washington has late-round value so long as the Cowboys do not add a receiver earlier in the NFL Draft.
